Terms of sale

1. Scope

These terms apply to all sales made on this website between Classic 4x4 Parts LLC (“the seller”) and any person placing an order (“the customer”).

2. Products and prices

Products are described with care; photos are for illustration (color may vary slightly depending on your screen).

Prices are shown in euros for deliveries within Europe and in US dollars for deliveries to the United States, including the seller's taxes, with free shipping. Any customs duties or import taxes charged by the destination country are paid by the customer.

3. Order and payment

The order is confirmed once fully paid online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through the secure Stripe platform. The seller never has access to your card details.

A confirmation email is sent after payment.

4. Shipping

Free tracked shipping to the European countries offered at checkout and to the United States. Delivery takes 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and availability (made-to-order items ship as soon as they are made).

The tracking number is emailed when the order ships.

5. Right of withdrawal

Consumer customers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, by writing to contact@classic4x4parts.com. The item must be returned uninstalled, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of the withdrawal. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

6. Warranties

Products benefit from the statutory warranties applicable in the consumer's country (in the European Union, notably the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity). If there is a problem, contact us with your order number and photos.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Any dispute will first be settled amicably whenever possible.
